DLF ko 16 Units ke Mega Merger ke liye NCLT se mili safai

DLF Limited ne 16 wholly-owned subsidiaries ko parent company mein merge karne ke liye National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chandigarh Bench se approval hasil kar li hai. Tribunal ne January 14, 2026 ko apna order diya, jisme Companies Act, 2013 ke relevant sections ke tehat amalgamation ko greenlight kiya gaya. Is strategic move ka maksad DLF ke corporate structure ko simple banana aur operational efficiencies ko badhana hai. Merger mein transferor companies ka dissolution bina winding up ke hoga, jo ki order ko Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana ke paas file karne par effective hoga. Ye consolidation DLF ki ongoing strategy ka hissa hai jisme operations ko streamline karna, costs reduce karna, aur residential, commercial office leasing, malls, aur office parks jaise business segments mein synergies improve karna shamil hai. DLF ne pehle bhi aise restructuring initiatives kiye hain. Ye move DLF ki financial flexibility ko enhance karne ki ummeed hai, khas kar jab real estate demand strong hai aur rental income stable hai. Redundant entities ko consolidate karne se overheads kam honge aur future expansion aur investment ke liye company ki capacity strong hogi, jisse market mein woh aur competitive banegi. Company ne bataya ki SEBI Listing Regulations ke tehat required disclosures pehle hi submit kar di gayi hain. DLF ke shares January 14, 2026 ko NSE par 0.37% girkar ₹650 par band hue. Stock ne year-to-date 5.7% ki kami dekhi hai, lekin pichhle paanch saalon mein 132.6% ka gain kiya hai.
