DGCA ne Friday ko bataya ki IndiGo ne 3rd December se 5th December ke beech cancel hui flights ke sabhi refunds process karna complete kar liya hai. Airline ne in operational disruptions se affected passengers ke liye apni customer support initiative ko bhi extend kiya hai.
DGCA IndiGo se 3-5 December ke dauraan cancel hui flights ke refunds aur compensation ko lekar baat kar raha hai. Yeh disruptions operational issues ki wajah se hui thi.
Affected passengers ke liye further support mein airline ka "Gesture of Care" program hai. IndiGo do travel vouchers de raha hai, jinmein se har ek ₹5,000 ka hai aur 12 mahine ke liye valid hai. Yeh vouchers un passengers ke liye hain jinki flights cancel hui ya specified timeframe mein teen ghante se zyada late hui. Iske alawa, jinki flights scheduled departure ke 24 ghante ke andar cancel hui thi, woh passengers bhi compensation claim kar sakte hain.
