Enterprise AI ka Sach: Productivity **33%** badhi, par Profit bas **4%** hi kyun?

Companies AI par paisa toh kharch kar rahi hain, lekin asli fayda nahi mil raha. Ek **$161 Billion** ka 'AI fragmentation tax' business ko stall kar raha hai. Kaam tezi se ho raha hai, par profit mein conversion missing hai.

AI ki asli reality check

Corporate duniya mein AI ka craze toh zabardast hai, lekin ground reality kuch aur hai. Employees coding aur reporting jaise tasks mein 33% zyada fast ho gaye hain, lekin jab baat company ke overall financial performance ki aati hai, toh growth sirf 3-4% par atki hui hai. Atlassian ki report, jisme 12,000 workers aur 173 Fortune 1000 executives ka data hai, ye clear dikhati hai ki productivity aur profit mein bada gap hai.

Ye '$161 Billion ka AI Tax' kya hai?

Isse 'AI fragmentation tax' keh rahe hain. Problem ye hai ki AI ko alag-alag departments (silos) mein use kiya ja raha hai. Agar ek team fast ho gayi par doosri team purane slow processes par chali, toh kaam ka pile-up ho jata hai. Sirf 6% executives hi confident hain ki unka AI spending directly revenue se link ho raha hai. Indian IT investors ke liye ye ek warning hai ki client ka AI spending budget change ho sakta hai.

Data Foundation hi আসল khel hai

Ab sirf AI models khareedne se kaam nahi chalega. Research ke hisaab se 69% workers ko lagta hai ki unki company ka data hi AI ke liye ready nahi hai. Bina messy data ko fix kiye, sirf software licenses par paisa phunkna bekar hai.

Ab spending ka style badlega

Companies ab sirf 'buying spree' se hat kar 'internal workflow audit' ki taraf badhengi. Future mein focus software licenses se hat kar team restructuring aur knowledge systems banane par hoga. Investors ko ab ye track karna hoga ki companies apne AI gains ko real bottom-line growth mein kaise convert karti hain.
