These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Whalesbook Private Limited regarding your access to and use of the Whalesbook website, mobile application, and other digital properties or services linking to these terms.

Whalesbook primarily operates as a digital news publishing and distribution platform, an instant news alert broadcasting service, and a provider of structured broadcast-style discussions related to news topics. Whalesbook is not a social networking or social media platform.

By accessing or using the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the services means you accept the updated terms. The services are intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older.

Whalesbook provides digital news and broadcasting services, including e-newspapers, instant alerts, and structured interactive broadcast discussions.

All content on the services, including news articles, e-newspapers, alerts, graphics, layouts, audio or video broadcasts, code, and software, is owned by Whalesbook or licensed to Whalesbook.

By using the services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that your registration information is true and current, and that you will not use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You may be required to register to access premium news content or receive alerts. You agree to keep login credentials confidential, provide an active and valid WhatsApp number when required for alerts, and be responsible for all use of your account.

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username or terminate an account if we determine that such action is appropriate or if you violate these terms.

Certain services, including premium alerts or e-papers, require paid subscriptions.

You may not access or use the services for any purpose other than the purpose for which Whalesbook makes them available.

Whalesbook may allow users to engage in structured discussions only within interactive broadcast sessions or limited comment areas. These features may not be used as a general social network.

By posting contributions, you grant Whalesbook a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, store, reproduce, display, or distribute your contributions for operating and promoting the service.

If you access the services via the Whalesbook app, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the app on devices owned or controlled by you.

You may be able to link your account with third-party service providers such as Google or Facebook. By doing so, you grant us access to information you have provided to those third parties, consistent with your privacy settings on those services.

The services may contain links to third-party websites or content. Whalesbook creates news based on data from third parties such as BSE, NSE, and regulatory bodies, but we are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of third-party content.

We may allow advertisers to display advertisements and other information in certain areas of the services. Advertisers are solely responsible for their ads and services, and Whalesbook does not endorse or guarantee advertised products.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the services for violations of these legal terms, take appropriate legal action, restrict access, disable contributions or accounts, and manage the services to protect our rights and property.

We care about your data privacy and security. By using the services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

These legal terms remain in full force and effect while you use the services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without warning, including for breach of these terms.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove service content at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee the services will always be available, and interruptions, delays, or errors may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

We are not liable for loss caused by delays in news alerts, e-newspaper delivery, or broadcast availability.

These terms and your use of the services are governed by the laws of Delhi, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action brought by either party shall be commenced or prosecuted in the courts located in Delhi, India, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Whalesbook is a news aggregator and publisher. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of news. Information is often sourced from exchanges and regulatory filings, and delays may occur due to third-party systems.

All content on Whalesbook, including alerts, articles, and broadcasts, is for informational and educational purposes only. Whalesbook is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, and nothing on the platform is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

Some content may be generated or summarized using artificial intelligence. While we employ editorial oversight, AI content may contain inaccuracies or omissions.

Delivery of alerts depends on third-party infrastructures such as Meta, WhatsApp, and ISPs. We do not guarantee real-time or uninterrupted delivery of alerts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whalesbook Private Limited, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, or data, trading or investment losses, or damages arising from service use, missed alerts, or reliance on news.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees, from claims or demands made by any third party due to your contributions, your use of the services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
